It’s so hard to get attention for products and services online these days. We often try and get involved on social media however sometimes it feels like we are just posting without a plan. Often the results of our erratic posting reflect this, we post a few things then we just give up.

We have to remember that most buyers go online and do research before they actively start shopping. So the game has changed its all about the content. Here we have the stage where the buyer is making comparisons and trying to figure out if your product or service will solve their problem. Here are some content ideas for this stage.

The Do Stage

In this stage, the client is purchasing from you. Now is your chance to make that purchase as frictionless as possible you can use the following content to do so.

  • Frequently asked questions

The Care Stage

The care stage is where your customer is so happy with their purchase and wants to show off on social media. This is a great opportunity to create content that lets them do just that. The content at this stage should be fun, entertaining and all about final result from the client’s perspective.

  • Client testimonies
  • Case studies
  • Post worthy content
